Ethylene Heat Transfer Fluid for Marine A/C Systems

SEA 1000 is a permanent heat transfer/antifreeze fluid based on mono ethylene glycol, formulated for use in air conditioning and climate control systems, including marine HVAC systems and nautical chillers. The product is fortified with a balanced package of corrosion inhibitors, specifically selected to ensure effective and long-lasting protection of materials commonly used in marine systems, such as copper, aluminium, steel and brass, with particular attention to the protection of aluminium surfaces and rubber gaskets. SEA 1000 provides high heat transfer efficiency, reliable antifreeze protection even at low temperatures, and prevents corrosion phenomena and deposit formation within closed-loop systems.

The formulation is NAP-free, meaning it contains no amines, nitrites or phosphates, and ensures chemical stability and consistent performance over time when used according to recommended operating procedures. Thanks to these characteristics, SEA 1000 represents a reliable and efficient solution for the protection and proper operation of marine cooling and air conditioning systems.

The product must be diluted with water (preferably demineralised) according to the desired freezing point, following the recommended mixing ratios, in order to achieve the correct balance between antifreeze protection, heat transfer efficiency and system protection.
