Information relating to the right to withdraw
WITHDRAWAL INSTRUCTIONS
Dear Customer,
With reference to the General Conditions of Sale accepted by you at the time of your purchase on http://www.shop.errecom.com/ (available here), you are kindly reminded of the following.
In compliance with the provisions of Art. 52 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded through the website www.shp.errecom.com the company ERRECOM S.p.A., without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days starting from the day on which you:
received the ordered Product/s;
received the last Product (in case of several purchases made on one order are delivered separately).
In order to respect the term of 14 (fourteen) days, you are required, before the expiry of the fourteenth day, to inform Errecom S.p.A. of your decision to withdraw from the Contract by choosing one of the following methods:
- by sending a registered letter with return receipt to ERRECOM S.p.A., Via Industriale, no. 14, 25030 Corzano (BS), Italy in which you explicitly declare your intention to withdraw from the contract, indicating:
- Purchased Product;
- Order Number (as indicated in the order confirmation email):
- Date on which you placed the order;
- Date on which you received the ordered Product(s);
- Your Address and Email.

If you exercise your right to withdraw, you must return the Product(s) without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the Contract.
The return of the Product(s) must take place using a carrier of your choice, at your expense and under your responsibility.
The Product(s) must be shipped to the following address: ERRECOM S.p.A., Via Industriale, no. 14, 25030 – Corzano (BS), Italy.
Kindly remember that, in order to exercise the right to withdraw, the Product(s) must be returned in a perfect condition and with original labels – where present – not removed, in the same conditions as received, complete with the original packaging and all accompanying documentation. The Product(s) to be returned must be accurate packed, in order to protect the original packaging from damage or affixing of writing and/or labels.
We also wish to remind you that you will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product(s) resulting from handling them differently from whatever is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and operation.
Effects of withdrawal
By exercising your right to withdraw according to the terms and conditions indicated above, you will be refunded all payments you have made to us, including delivery costs.
The refund will be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the Contract.
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such refund. Any delays in crediting the refunded amount may depend on the bank, type of credit card or payment solution used and cannot therefore be attributed to Errecom S.p.A.
